Main Functions & Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient progress throughout the entire recruitment cycle
Take ownership of and drive all aspects of the recruitment process administration through proactive communication and anticipation of candidate, interview and recruiter requirements.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including: ordering supplies and maintaining an organized work environment.
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Handle travel arrangements for employees. Including order flights, accommodation, visas, etc.
Take active part in planning and execution of the company wellbeing activities together with HR team
Assist the Finance & Payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules), expense reports, invoices of purchase orders, vendor services and miscellaneous small expenses.
Previous experience as an office admin / administrative experience in a startup environment
Great organizational and time management skills, strong work ethic, deep attention to details
Comfortable in an ever-changing, rapid-growth environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Positive and friendly attitude with a love for teamwork!
